Junior Technical Support Specialist with Spanish


Location: Warsaw/Poland


  • Supporting customers via phone and email in Spanish (technical support line of one of the biggest printer producers in the world);
  • Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
  • Supporting customers regarding computers and printers configurations;
  • Working with other members of the team to proactively resolve issues;


  • Superior written and verbal Spanish communication skills (Native or near Native Speaker level);
  • At least upper Intermediate English;
  • IT interests are most welcome;
  • At least high school degree;
  • Relevant contact center work experience is desirable but not essential;


  • Contract of Employment and benefit package;

  • Stable working hours Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30  or 9:30 - 18:00; on Fridays 9:00 - 15:00
