We have a job for an experienced senior chef with management experience to be in charge of a large restaurant in Kent, UK.

You must have at least 8 years experience as a chef
At least 1 year in charge of a large kitchen or at least 3 years as a senior sous chef.
be able to supervise staff including other chefs
create new menus and dishes
Control stock and customer orders
Ensure health and saftey is observed at all times.
Have good references.
Be over 30years of age.
The job comes with a salary and benefits of:
Live out - £30,000 per year plus £3000bonus
Live in(single room) - £27,000 plus £3000 bonus
